American rotary quality garbage

I bought a brand new ar10 rotary phase converter around 2016 and the idler motor has been making a screeching humming noise since I got it, the noise comes and goes and does it on and off after I shut it off and motor slows to stop. They had me take it to service center and they looked at motor and said it was fine and bearings were good and didn’t make noise. It’s almost like a harmonic from the fan.
