Keyence handheld cmm spare parts

I've contacted Keyence for what should be a really simple cable purchase for one of our hand held probes. You can see the conversation below and I've attached the pictures that I sent the specialist. They are making it seem like they don't sell replacement parts. My question is why does anyone buy their products if the don't support anything after a few years. Its a 60k dollar machine new in 2016. I can still buy
parts for my 1998 Haas machine( Oldest machine we have). What's the deal here...
