lodge and shipley by monarch

I just took delivery of this hollow spindle lathe it is a 2516 powerturn lodge and shipley but has monarch tags all over it. It was built in 94 for some government department, its needing a good cleaning and a couple of chucks anyone have a couple of 8" hole chucks laying around?? In all seriousness where do I start cleaning on something like this? motor and tailstock was removed and set on a pallet was going to try running it before I spend to much time but I also don't want to destroy...
