Identify this grinding fixture

I acquired this as part of a lot at an auction of a closed machine shop that did a lot of custom grinding, they had several B&S OD grinders and a few tool grinders. I'd like to make someone a really good deal on it, but I haven't a clue as to what to call it. I have no grinding equipment, do it is of little use to me.
