I'm trying to put together a poor-mans 4th axis by way of using a Yuasa UDNC and Yuasa DMNC-170 indexer. I've got the M21 command working so I could just run it as an externally programmed indexer and call it good. Ideally, I'd like to leverage the DPRINT ability of my machine and feed the control box angle commands.
Problem is, I can't seem to get the RS232 on the back of my machine to transmit any data, either to the control box or my PC using HyperTerminal or PC-DNC.
