we have a 1980s okuma lcn-10 when the operator does a manual rotate it occasionally is slow to rotate and sometimes does not retract immediately. you can rotate it by hand when it does this. it does not do it all the time and never does this when it is changing tools while doing a program and machining parts. any suggestions? we have electrical manuals but nothing else.
