Working on my EVC Jeep, this is from a Tesla marine enclosure for their battery modules. It holds down the lip of the module to the L (Angle), a M6.1 bolt goes through it into a self-cinched nut.
So, what's the short, offset, 'Z' bar called? Is there a name for this type of compression hold-down?
