I come from a completely different background and wanted to get some real feedback on what we are trying to build.
The question I would like to ask is:
Is skill loss a real threat or just something that people like to complain about? You see a lot of noise out there about the "silver tsunami" of baby boomers retiring and how that is going to completely devastate the machine shops. Is this a real problem or just click bait to create drama?
